WASHINGTON, DC (KELO.com) — Two major proposed South Dakota Water projects advanced in the U-S Senate. A committee passed bills to authorize studies for the Western Dakota Regional Water System and the Dakota Mainstem Regional Water System. The Dakota Mainstem project would deliver Missouri River Water to a large part of Eastern South Dakota.
