SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A suspect in an aggravated assault was arrested when seeking medical help. A bicyclist was attacked by four men at around 11pm last night. During the attack, the victim used a knife to defend himself. Public information officer Sam Clemens with the details.
The suspect was identified as 28 year old Joel Guerrero of Sioux Falls.
