Sioux Falls police have arrested a man for vandalizing a SculptureWalk piece Sunday night. Witnesses saw Jed Smeenk pull down a sculpture at 12th and Phillips Avenue. The broken art piece is valued at $10,000, making this a felony crime. Smeenk is charged with intentional damage to property.
