SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — They call it Operation Ozzie. It’s a saturation patrol that’s been active in Sioux Falls this summer. Police Lieutenant Andrew Siebenborn says it’s designed to crack down on speeding in the city.
Over the weekend, Operation produced 54 citations, including 29 for speeding violations and 4 arrests for DWI.
