SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Hartford Chiropractor has been arrested for rape and sexual contact with multiple minors.
On Monday, the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office placed 31-year-old Joel Christian Woo Martens under arrest.
Sergeant Zachary Cegelske with the charge details.
Cegelske says the ongoing investigation into Martens provided enough probable cause to take him into custody.
The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s office is interested in any information the public may have regarding this case.
