3-M plans major expansion in Brookings

3M is changing directions in Brookings – in a good way.  The company was planning to cut some of its 1000 employees in Brookings.  But now, 3M is announcing major expansion plans there.  The company will spend up to $468-million dollars in Brookings over the next three years.  The first phase of expansion will begin with a $160-million project.
