Customers subdue bank robber until police arrive

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Bank customers foiled a Sioux Falls man’s attempt to rob a local bank Tuesday.  39-year old Matthew Timoney was arrested for robbery and petty theft.  He was detained by other customers until police arrived.
