SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — It isn’t a joy ride, but a van from Texas is embarking on a nine-hundred mile journey – all on Sioux Falls city streets. The van is from RAS – Roadway Asset Services. City Engineer Wes Philips says it will be conducting high-tech laser research on city streets.
Philips says the survey is part of an assessment that’s done every four years.
