SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man was arrested this week, accused of raping a 6-year-old girl. Court documents say 33-year-old Lessen Palmacano was at a friend’s house on Saturday and was alone with two children at the time. Palmacano told investigators that it was an accident. He is being held on a $50,000 cash bond.
