SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man sits in federal prison on a conviction to sell meth.
Adam Michael Tanner, 47, was recently sentenced to 144 months in federal prison in federal district court.
He was convicted in a conspiracy that distributed over three pounds of meth in the Pierre area between 2018 and 2019.
U.S. Attorney Ron Parsons says Tanner and his co-conspirators also illegally carried firearms.
This case was part of Project Guardian, the Department of Justice’s initiative to reduce gun violence and enforce federal firearms laws.
