SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man, accused of assaulting an apartment resident, is also accused of attacking a police officer who rushed to check out what was going on.

“He ended up grabbing hold of the officers’s gun. That gun was holstered and the officer was able to keep it holstered.”
Actually, two men are accused of breaking into the apartment in the 200-block of North French Avenue, but the other guy had fled by the time police arrived. He was later captured.
