SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Daylight Saving Time starts tomorrow. Area fire departments are reminding this is the time to test smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors, and change replaceable batteries if needed. If your smoke alarm is more 10 years old, it should be replaced. You can find the date on the back of the alarm.
The Sioux Falls National Weather service says don’t forget the batteries in your weather radio as well. The time will spring ahead one hour, at 2:00 Sunday morning.
