SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Another teen is arrested in connection with a homicide and on their way from Pierre to Sioux Falls Wednesday.
Sioux Falls Police say U.S. Marshals apprehended Devon Moses Montileaux, 17, at a friend’s house in Pierre.
Lt. Terrance Matia says that Montileaux is wanted on charges of second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter.
Montileaux was wanted under a $100,000 cash-only bond.
Montileaux is accused of shooting Ephraim Duolo Shulue, 16, in a drug deal gone bad on December 9 in the 900 block of North Cleveland Ave.
Authorities have arrested two other underage suspects in the homicide. Matia says another suspect, who’s name Matia will not reveal, remains at large.
