SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A 16-year-old Sioux Falls boy sits in jail on murder and attempted murder charges.
Ali Khalifa Ahmed was arrested Saturday in connection with the December 9th homicide of 16-year-old Ephraim Duolo Shulue.
Police say he was the driver in the drug rip gone bad.
Last week, police also arrested Sembel Sale in the incident.
Lt. Terrance Matia says Ahmed and Sale drove off after Shulue was shot, leaving him for dead.
Ahmed is charged as an adult.
He is also charged with attempted robbery.
Matia says police have an arrest warrant for a third suspect. The authorities are not releasing that suspect’s name yet.
