Aug 27 (Reuters) – Tropical Storm Dolly has formed over the central tropical Atlantic, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Thursday.
Dolly was about 1,555 miles (2,505 km) east of the Leeward islands, packing maximum sustained winds of 40 miles per hour (65 km/h), the Miami-based forecaster said.
