SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man faces aggravated assault and several other charges after an hours-long standoff with police Sunday night. A victim reported having a gun pointed at them while checking on the wellbeing of a resident of a house in the 23-hundred block of East 8th street at about 3pm Sunday afternoon. Officers tried to contact the suspect for several hours. After SWAT responded Kyle Terry surrendered at about 9pm.
