Elkton man dies in construction accident

ELKTON, SD (KELO.com) — A construction accident on Tuesday claimed the life of an Elkton man.  40-year old Shane Brown was ejected from a skid steer loader and became trapped beneath it.  Those on the scene freed Brown and attempted life saving measures, but were not successful.
