LAKE MITCHELL, SD (KELO.com) — It only passed by 30 votes, but the project to clean up Lake Mitchell is moving ahead. The project has been held up by a number of issues, but one of them – construction of a dam on Firesteel Creek – has been approved. The drawdown for dredging is expected to start this fall.
