WASHINGTON, DC (KELO.com) — The U-S House has passed a farm bill, making sweeping changes to food and agriculture programs in what’s called a ‘budget-neutral’ package. That’s as far as a farm bill has survived in Congress since the most recent authorization was signed into law in 2018. The bill still faces huge challenges in the Senate.
