SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A 30 year old Sioux Falls man is facing drug, eluding law enforcement and vehicle theft charges. Alex Hanson was out on parole on similar charges when he was arrested Tuesday. The vehicle he was driving was stolen over the weekend, and had meth and a handgun inside.
