PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — A smoke shop owner in Pierre has been sentenced to probation for possession of a controlled substance. Bristol Nielsen received a five year prison sentence that was suspended upon completion of a year of probation. His smoke shop was one of five across the state caught up in a sting operation by the Attorney General’s office for selling illegal products.
