SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man is being held on a half-million dollar bond for rape, kidnapping, aggravated assault and numerous other charges. Police say Richard Nemec held a woman against her will for several days in his apartment until she was able to contact police. They say the woman suffered sexual assault and aggravated assault incidents that began in January and ended two weeks ago.
