Inmate receives 40 more years in prison for stabbing another inmate

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — An inmate will spend an additional 40 years in the South Dakota Penitentiary for stabbing another inmate.  Jeremiah Hart was convicted of Aggravated Assault and First Degree robbery during a trial in March.  Attorney General Marty Jackley says violence won’t be tolerated in our prisons
