PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Medical marijuana use is on the rise in South Dakota. The state Health Department says medical marijuana card approvals jumped 62 percent last year. 70-percent of the card holders are being treated for pain, while 13 percent are using the product to deal with PTSD.
