Downstream view of the Big Sioux River
SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The Big Sioux River is in need of its annual cleaning, and organizers are looking for some help. The city of Sioux Falls is partnering with the nonprofit ‘Friends of the Big Sioux River’ for the 11th annual event next weekend. Check-in stations will be set up along the bike trail near the river, where cleaning supplies will be provided. If you’re interested, you can sign up online.
