PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — You may be voting on a constitutional amendment to allow electronic sports wagering. The South Dakota Senate has passed a resolution to place the measure on the November ballot. If it becomes law, 90-percent of the tax proceeds on mobile sports wagering would have to be used for property tax relief.
