SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota Democrats have another candidate for governor. Dan Ahlers has formally announced his candidacy. He’s a former state lawmaker and current executive director of the state Democratic Party. Democrat Robert Arnold, a student at Dakota State University, has also announced his candidacy for governor.
