PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — The South Dakota Senate has passed ‘Josh’s Bill, making it a crime to witness a suicide attempt without calling for help. The bill is named after a young Aberdeen man whose suicide was witnessed by a woman who didn’t call for help. It now goes to the state House.
