SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A former Sioux Falls Daycare worker admits to child abuse. Chelsea Struss was originally charged with 18 counts, but agreed to plead guilty to three charges in a plea deal. A ten minute recording of abuse was shown to parents. Struss could spend up to five years in prison on the charges.
