South Dakota jobless rate up slightly-still low

PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota’s unemployment rate edged up last month, but is still only at 2.2 percent.  The most recent numbers for Sioux Falls and Rapid City are from November, with both showing a 2-percent jobless rate.  The Bureau of Economic Analysis also reports incomes are growing at a healthy 5 1/2 percent rate in South Dakota.
