SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Whittier Middle School in Sioux Falls has housed students for over a century, but its days are numbered. School District officials are gearing up to replace it. The Board began the process Monday night by opening the application period for those who would like to join the task force that will lead the effort.
