Fatal Minnesota shooting spawns weekend protest in Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Over two hundred people participated in a rally in Sioux Falls for a Minnesota man shot and killed by Border Patrol agents in the Twin Cities over the weekend. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem says 27-year old Alex Pretti was perpetuating violence and approached officers with a handgun. Pretti had a permit to carry a concealed weapon.
