UNDATED (KELO.com) — Another bout of gale-force winds left nearly three-thousand people without electricity in the Black Hills Friday. The winds are riding a blast of arctic air, driving wind chills to dangerously low levels with wind gusts of up to 75-miles per hour in the western part of South Dakota. High wind warnings were also issued in central and eastern South Dakota. Snow squalls have also produced zero visibility in some areas.
