UNDATED (KELO.com) — South Dakotans may have more problems ahead caused by slow mail delivery. A new report says changes in Postal Service mail processing make it more likely that postmark dates won’t reflect when mail is first sent. That could cause problems for time-sensitive documents. South Dakota is among a half-dozen states with the highest risk of delays.
