PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — One of the bills Governor Larry Rhoden is sponsoring would provide 15-million dollar interest free loans for the Sioux Falls and Rapid City Airports. The money would be used to finance construction at the airports, which are seeing large increases in air travel. Both airports need to expand their terminals. Sioux Falls began construction on an expansion project this fall.
