SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.c0m) — Sioux Falls was among many U-S cities where people gathered in response to the fatal shooting of a woman in Minnesota by an ICE agent. A silent vigil was held in Van Eps Park downtown. Vice President J-D Vance described the shooting as a tragedy, but believes it was caused by her actions of striking the agent with her vehicle.
