PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota lawmakers are facing a growing list of bills to consider when they convene in Pierre in a couple of weeks. Among them, a measure to give tax breaks to data centers operating in the state. They would be exempted from sales and use taxes on certain equipment and services for up to 50 years.
