SD’s share of Menard’s settlement

PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — More details on the South Dakota settlement with Menard’s on its rebate program. Attorney General Marty Jackley says Menard’s misled customers with ads suggesting an instant discount, instead of store credit for future purchases. South Dakota will receive 102-thousand dollars in the multi-state settlement.
