RAPID CITY, SD (KELO.com) — A 60-year old Pine Ridge woman faces 14 years in federal prison, after admitting to methamphetamine distribution charges. Ruth Kazmer financed large shipments, and arranged for co-conspirators to transport it across South Dakota. She was on parole on a state conviction of distributing meth at the time she organized the conspiracy.
