Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — Some hopeful signs for the Sioux Falls City budget as we near year-end. Sales tax receipts are still below budget projects but they’re improving. Pritchett also told city councilors he’s hopeful the snow removal budget will hold up through the last two weeks of the year, with about 4 and a half million dollars left in that budget line.
