Suspect has been arrested for the shooting death of a 19-year-old in Rapid City

Rapid City, SD (KELO.com) — A 19-year-old Rapid City man is identified as the victim of a shooting death. Korben Barber died of his wounds from the Saturday night shooting on West Main and Jackson Boulevard. A suspect has been arrested. The shooting happened during an altercation between two groups.
