Pierre, SD (KELO.com) — The 65-year prison term of a former Sioux Falls area man is upheld by the South Dakota Supreme Court. Attorney General Marty Jackley is commending the high court in its unanimous decision. Lance Lowell Long was convicted of rape, aggravated assault and abuse of a minor in the case from Sturgis. He had previously served time for similar charges in Minnehaha County.
