Pierre, SD (KELO.com) — Governor Larry Rhoden and six other governors are calling for year-round E15 gasohol. The group says it’s a way to unleash American energy…while supporting farmers and fuel industry workers. Governors from Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska also signed on to the request.
