Watertown, SD (KELO.com) — The Watertown City Council has voted to clamp down on the sale of hemp-derived products to anyone under the age of 21. Mayor Reid Holien says the new ordinance is designed to protect youth and deal with gaps in current state law. The ordinance controls the sale of hemp-infused beverages that are intoxicating. It passed unanimously.
