Lincoln County Judge to be removed from the bench

Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — A local judge removed from the bench. Second Circuit Court Magistrate Judge Wade Warntjes was removed for code of conduct violations during a hearing in Lincoln County according to the Dakota Scout. The Second Circuit includes Minnehaha and Lincoln Counties. Wartnjes began presiding over magistrate court in 2021.
