South Dakota (KELO.com) — Inflation is pushing Social Security benefits higher. The Social Security Administration is announcing benefits will increase by 2.8-percent in 2026, a cost-of-living adjustment. On average, that will increase Social Security retirement benefits by 56-dollars per month.
