Sioux Falls police say a family argument turned deadly Monday afternoon. 70-year-old James Lipscomb died after being stabbed. 54-year-old Timothy Bellonger admitted to stabbing Lipscomb, who was his sister’s fiancé. Bellonger has a long criminal record and is being held on a one-million-dollar bond.
