LARCHWOOD, IA (KELO.com) — The city of Larchwood, Iowa is moving forward with plans for a new community center, but the location is the subject of debate. The one and a half million dollar project is planned for the southeast corner of Larchwood City Park, which is currently the site of a soccer field and green space. Some residents want the city council to consider. Construction bids are set to be opened a week from today.
