A man has been indicted on Tribal and Federal charges after threats shut down the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribal headquarters last month.
Joseph Lafferty has been indicted on alleged terror threats against five tribal leaders, including the chairman.
Those threats forced a lockdown of tribal offices.
