SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police say more cases of fraud involving EBT SNAP benefit cards are still trickling in. They say there were a number of new cases reported over the weekend. A week ago the State Department of Social Services said it had reports of over 350 cases, mostly in the Sioux Falls area. They said skimming devices had been placed at the east side WalMart and at Dollar General Stores.
